Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the FeedMedic platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

FeedMedic is a platform that automates physicians' presence on Instagram. It offers:

• Generation of scripts and copy for posts (carousels and stories) with AI assistance.
• Visual editor with templates customized by the physician.
• Scheduling and automatic publishing to the connected Instagram Business profile.

The publishing feature depends on the Instagram API (Meta Platforms). Meta outages may occasionally affect the service.

To use FeedMedic, you must:

• Be over 18 years of age and fully capable.
• Hold active registration with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM).
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

You agree to use FeedMedic in compliance with:

• Code of Medical Ethics (Resolução CFM nº 2.217/2018) and other regulations of the Federal Council of Medicine.
• Resolução CFM nº 2.336/2023, which regulates medical advertising.
• Resolução CFM nº 2.380/2024, on professional practice in digital media.
• The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Consumer Protection Code, as applicable.

It is prohibited to publish, with the help of the platform, content that: promises a cure, is sensationalist, displays patient images without documented consent, engages in self-promotion contrary to the CFM, or replaces the in-person doctor-patient relationship.

FeedMedic's AI suggests text, titles, and structures based on the brief provided. The content is probabilistic, may contain inaccuracies, and must always be reviewed by the physician before publishing. Clinical, ethical, and regulatory responsibility for the published material lies entirely with the physician user.

FeedMedic is not liable for damages arising from automatic publishing without prior review, nor for interpretations the lay public may give to the content.

The platform, its source code, design, brand, and templates are the exclusive property of FeedMedic. Content generated from your brief belongs to you, provided the restrictions of these Terms are respected.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform while your account is active.

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize FeedMedic to:

• Read public data from your profile (name, picture, bio, counters).
• Publish posts and stories on your behalf, as you schedule them.
• List published items for history purposes.

You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting Instagram in the platform settings or directly in the Instagram apps panel.

Access to the platform may involve a paid subscription according to the plans listed on the pricing page. Cancellation can be done at any time through the panel; access remains active until the end of the cycle already paid for, with no prorated refund, unless otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Use of the platform for illegal, unethical, or anti-CFM content.
• Attempted fraud, resource abuse, or reverse engineering of the system.
• Default exceeding 30 days.

Except in cases provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, FeedMedic's total liability for any damages will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event. We are not liable for:

• Outages of third-party providers (Meta, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic).
• Clinical decisions made by third parties based on the published content.
• Loss of business opportunities or indirect damages.

We may change these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you by email and through the panel at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the notice implies acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of [to be defined] are elected, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
